FROKKO 5 - Tim De Maeseneer & Brass Band Willebroek (Tenor Horn Solo)

Frokko 5 is the final piece of Tim’s solo CD “The Birth of Time Echoes“. It is a 5-minute-rollercoaster with a dazzling part for the soloist. The music starts rather slow and builds up steadily - using long musical sentences and many technical tours de force - towards a fast and spectacular ending. The typical style of Prokofiev was the main inspiration for this composition. It is my ode to one of the great(est) composers of the 20th century!
