Happy cooking and wishing you a wonderful day! 😊 💖 💬 Let me know in the comments if you enjoy my vegan recipes. ❤️ SUBSCRIBE to see new recipes: 🥣 Crackers/bread ingredients: 200g | 7oz | 1 cup green buckwheat groats 100g | | 3/4 cup sunflower seeds 100g | | 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds 2tbsp oil salt to taste 🥣 Dip sauce ingredients: 100g | | 1/2 cup dried chickpeas 1 onion 1/2 bell pepper 250g | 8 oz silken tofu 1tbsp lemon juice 1tsp Dijon mustard 1tsp smoked paprika 1/2tsp dried herbs 1tbsp nutritional yeast Salt to taste 1oz | 25g diced carrot (optional) 1 tbsp chopped spring onion 🧑‍🍳Cooking tips: ❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour. ❗Dip sauce is just an idea, you can have it with hummus or any other sauce or dip you like. 🥣 Method: Soak 100g | | 1/2 cup dried chickpeas and 200g | 7oz | 1 cup green buckwheat groats in a cold water for 8 hours. Rinse chickpeas with water and drain. Place in to a pot. Add water and simmer for 30 minutes. Rinse buckwheat with water and drain. Place to a food processor. Add Add the following ingredients: 100g | | 3/4 cup sunflower seeds 100g | | 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds 2tbsp oil and salt to taste Blend and scrape down the mixture. Blend one more time. Spray or drizzle with oil parchment-lined tray. ℹ️ I use 10 inch | 25cm baking tray. Spread the dough evenly on the tray. ℹ️The dough is sticky, slightly oil your hands or alternatively you can use a spatula. Spray or drizzle with oil (optional). Bake in the preheated oven at 360F | 180C for 30 minutes. To make the dip sauce chop 1 onion, add pinch of salt and cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Cut 1/2 bell pepper. Add to the onion and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the following ingredients to a food processor: Cooked chickpeas 250g | 8 oz silken tofu 1tbsp lemon juice 1tsp Dijon mustard Cooked onion and bell pepper 1tsp smoked paprika 1/2tsp dried herbs 1tbsp nutritional yeast salt to taste Blend until mostly smooth. Add 1oz | 25g diced carrot (optional) 1tbsp chopped spring onion. Cut into pieces and serve with chickpeas dip sauce, avocado or your favourite dip sauce.
