Israel denies allegations it has targeted Catholic church in Gaza

Israel has rejected claims it deliberately targeted a Catholic church in Gaza, where two women were killed by an IDF sniper. The Gazan Church says the mother and daughter were walking to the Sister’s Convent, when they were caught in a hail of gunfire. The statement says no warning was given, and accuses the IDF of killing the women in cold blood. Israel has denied all allegations, insisting that it does not target civilians.
