This is a wall pilates beginner workout. This video includes form tips to help you get the most out of the exercises. It is ok to repeat this workout daily, however, the best way for you to build strength is to increase the challenge placed on your muscles over time. You can do this by repeating this workout for an additional round or 2, adding ankle weights, or completing another video after this.
