Titles read: “JIMMIE [sic] WALKER - Famous ex-Mayor returns to New York.“ New York, United States of America. Former Mayor of New York City Jimmy Walker is seen on the deck of a ship as he arrives back in the harbour. Ships sound their horns to welcome him; crowds of people wait on the shore to greet him. Jimmy makes a speech before microphones saying that all the people gathered have the profound gratitude of him and his wife for this manifestation of good old-fashioned friendship. His wife says she’s so happy for him, she even wants him to have the last word - laughs from everyone. Jimmy says “Well, that’s a change, so let’s go home and see if it will still go!“.
