ReactOS now supports volume control for several 3rd party applications!!!

Thanks to my recent and PRs, volume level changing is now working properly in ReactOS for Aux/MidiOut/WaveOut devices with several 3rd-party applications. For example, Fox Audio Player from Rapps and Winamp with WaveOut output plugin enabled, are now updating the volume position correctly when moving the volume trackbar. However, there also might be another apps those are using this functionality, so they also should work correctly. How it works before and after my changes, is shown in this video. --- !!! --- Note that the volume control support was implemented in audio stack, so it works for 3rd party apps. But the system mixer (SndVol32, MMSys) code was not changed, so it does not change the volume level/does not remember its state correctly yet. --- !!! --- Tags: ReactOS,Freeware,Free,Free Windows,Free Windows alternative,Open source,Open source Windows,Open source Windows alternative,OS,Operating system,Volume,Volume control,Volume level changing,ReactOS volume control,Sound,Sound in ReactOS,Audio,Audio in ReactOS,Audio volume,Audio volume control,Sound volume,Sound volume control,Volume increase,Volume decrease,Volume level,Free OS,Free operating system,Sound loudness,Loudness,Playback,Playback volume,Winamp
