More adventures of a Smeargle named Chakram, trying to bring balance among the four elements and bring peace to the four nations... Am I confusing franchises again? Rules of the challenge: 1. Only Smeargle in battle 2. No items in battle (no bag menu during battles aside from Pokéballs for catching HM users) 3. Held items and items outside of battle are allowed 4.
