Proper dribbling execution requires precision, coordination, and speed. Dribbling warm-up helps players establish ball contact and focus on the task, improving their concentration and reaction during gameplay.
In my warm-up routine, there are no abrupt changes of direction, as it’s injury-prone at the beginning of training, and the complexity and intensity of exercises gradually increase, preparing the player’s body for further work.
