Full title reads: “Pathetone now has pleasure in presenting: Gerald Nodin, the celebrated baritone and popular broadcaster“. Pathe Studios, London. Set dressed to look like a country pub. Various shots of singer, Nodin, standing with one leg resting on a stool. On either side of him sit two country bumpkin types, smoking and drinking from beer tankards. Nodin sings a comic song - ’I Married a Wife’ (by F. D. Hunter). The song is about how his wife was “the plague of his life“ and that he wished he was single and laughed when she died.
