Langley Modern Luxury Home

This custom home build was a labour of love for the owners. After living in the original house for five years while planning their ideal home for entertaining, they demolished the structure and worked with NOVERO Homes to make the two-story 10,000 square-foot home a reality. This new residence embraces an open, airy style and features a formal dining room with glass wine cellar wall, extensive kitchen, attached in-law suite (not shown in this video), and expansive outdoor entertaining space—among other highlights. The home’s modern minimalist design embraces clean lines, neutral colours, natural light, and simplicity. The largely black, white, and grey palette is enhanced by earth-toned accents.
