Pomorie (Поморие in Bulgarian, Αγχίαλος in Greek) is a coastal resort in Southern Bulgaria. Pomorie was founded by the Greeks in the 5th century BC and called their city Anchialos. The last Greeks were exchanged with the Bulgarian population of Thrace in Greece after WWI.
