EAI EWP2 LM338 Prelim Anims (.) (Game Guru)

WORK IN PROGRESS LM338 Sniper Rifle... Anims and functionality are good to go but the textures still need a good amount of love. Will do a revision pass on them later. This weapon has been a particular headache with GG being a bit finicky. Have a handful of minor issues to pass up the chain at a later date.
