Duke3D (.exe dated sept 10) spaceport

Duke3d pre-release (late 95 spaceport) Possibly the original E1L1 of the game Custom build using 09/22 sources and appropriate CON files minor fixes Ported to closest matching engine (october). Uses shareware game data (sounds/maps/etc..) from a beta 2 months later, thankfully there were a ton of unused sounds that this beta needs Any missing ART had to be restored or changed from various sources (HUD is a custom hack!) Spaceport seems to have a lot of history behind it. Very early in Duke3D’s development the they had planned “sewer city“ campaign as the first episode (volume) and aimed for a Christmas 1994 release (early e2 in “Lameduke“). Like Duke1, it makes sense that either Volume 2 or 3 could be in space. It seems that they were aware of missing the 1994 release window as they started to work more on space stuff during the last quarter. Earliest evidence is around october of 94.
