TOTAL BODY STRENGTH KETTLEBELL WORKOUT - SWINGS AND GETUPS
This is one of my staple workouts - I try to do it at least twice a week along with my other activities. I find a strange comfort in doing the same warmup/workout/cooldown as I don’t have to think about it, I just do it! It’s also obviously a great workout and I feel stronger for having done it. I hope you love it as much as me. It is inspired by Pavel’s Simple and Sinister Workout. BUT please if you are not familiar with the Turkish Get Up make sure you do the Tutorial Video first!!!! xo
