His constellation 2 gives him 200 EM upon casting elemental burst. -Nahida’s passive ability gives 250 EM, and her weapon at R1 gives the party 40. -Diona is C6, which gives 200 EM if standing in her burst, she is wearing 4pc instructor artifacts which give 120 EM upon triggering reaction, in this case it is freeze, and she is holding R1 Elegy for the End which gives the party 100 EM when her skill or burst hits opponents 4 times. -Nilou’s weapon gives .2% of her max HP as Elemental Mastery to the party when her skill hits enemies 3 times.
