Samtskhe-Javakheti (Georgian: სამცხე-ჯავახეთი; Turkish: Samtshe-Cavaheti; Armenian: Սամցխե-Ջավախք), is a region (Georgian: Mkhare) formed in the 1990s in southern Georgia from the historical provinces of Meskheti (Samtskhe), Javakheti and Tori (Borjomi gorge).
