My second filmed TRX complex chain vinyasa flow!! Thanks for all the love on the first one! Almost 100,000 hits!! This one is completed w/ the TRX in single handle mode (I just loop my foot through both foot cradles). SLOW is HARD! :) Each movement should be a breath. This is just my own style and variation of training my core. It is not intended to be “an expert tutorial“ on any of the above mentioned techniques. I usually try to do this flow at least 2-3x per side and typically after I do a run.
