Hawaii Parkour - Drill Series - Plyo

A very fun drill for an all body work out. Good as conditioning or warm up before a session. Be sure to warm up wrists and joints overall. This drill will help you build the strength and muscle memory for vaulting and lifting your body up. Plyo monkeys can be perform pretty much anywhere you can find a ledge or even railings. The height of the wall will add to the difficulty of the drill. There are plenty of variations and as long as you stick to the concept you can come with your own. Maintain control and always stay light on your feet and hands, breath with every effort and set your pace. You can do this in sets of 10 or set a timer for a minute and go at it. Have fun
