SUNNYBROOKE 1 - Bike Tour [4K]

This place was pretty interesting because you have some really nice homes nestled in between some really shanty houses. I’ve always wondered why this happens. My only thought is that the property value in these places are not that high, so maybe they build a nice house to save money? I mean, there are some 3 Story decent homes right next to slum-like properties. I’ve seen this in many places.
