M 369 : Shake Your Full body to release your stress Aerobic exercises
Zumba is a fun and effective way to release your stress and get fit. Zumba is a dance-based fitness program that combines Latin and international music with aerobic and anaerobic movements. Zumba can help you burn calories, tone your muscles, and improve your cardiovascular health. In this video, I will show you a 22 minutes Zumba fun dance that will shake your full body and make you feel good. This workout is suitable for all fitness levels and ages. You don’t need any equipment or previous dance experience to join me. All you need is some space, comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water.
This 22 minutes Zumba fun dance consists of:
• A warm-up session to get your heart rate up and prepare your body for the workout.
• A series of Zumba dance routines that target different muscle groups and body parts. Each routine has a different music style and tempo, such as salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, and more. You will learn the basic steps and follow along with me as I guide you through the moves. You will also have some breaks in between to catch your breath and drink some water.
• A cool-down session to stretch your muscles and relax your body.
