1. Begin in squat stance 2. Stick butt out, reaching for the toes 3. Pull up on the toes while trying to keep the hips high 4. Hold x5” 5. Then drop into a full-depth squat 6. Use the elbows to drive the knees out 7. Perform 2 sets of 5 reps in each position
