In today’s video I will show you how to do a Flip cup Galaxy pour with #TLP pigments. I didn’t used any Silicone oil, but I still got a lot of beautiful cells. I will use #TLP pigments, Vallejo Polyurethane satin varnish and my pouring medium to get an amazing cells.
