Veterans of Zeebrugge Day stand in a line holding wreaths. The Mayor of Liverpool (?), other officials and veterans are seen boarding the Liverpool ferry boat ’Royal Daffodil II’, namesake of a boat that took part in the attack on The Mole at Zeebrugge in 1918. A memorial service takes place on the ferry as it travels along the River Mersey, past the Liver Building.

At Zeebrugge we see Belgian (?) veterans and officials at a memorial service near the harbour. Men salute as we hear the last post. C/U of inscription on a war memorial relating to the attack. Flags, including the Union Jack, are held and wreaths are laid. M/S of a statue of an angel of war (?).
