95COFFEETABLES

This is a slideshow of 95 coffee tables out of the 500 plus,that i have made , I have been doing timber slab furniture since 1992,, I find a log , slab it up ,glut it out to dry for 1yr minimum per inch of board thickness and then make it into practical art pieces that will last into antiquity...... I only go for ’dead or rescued trees’..... I use mostly shellac (french polish) as a coating and then buff to a lustre with ’Bees-wax’ polish, these pieces will last for hundreds of years with a coat of polish
