salt - 15 g (½ oz)
black pepper - 10 g ( oz)
sweet paprika - 15 g (½ oz)
chicken spices - 15 g (½ oz)
garlic powder - 15 g (½ oz)
water - 2 l ( gallon)
TO BOIL 3 H
pork fat - 500 g ( oz)
Boil for 20 min
