Lavrov attends Russia-Africa Ministerial Conference plenary session

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is taking part in a plenary session of the First Ministerial Conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum. The event takes place November 9-10 at the Sirius Federal Territory of Sirius University in Sochi. The forum aims to strengthen comprehensive cooperation between Russia and African countries in all dimensions.
