Today we will be doing a quick 10 minute cardio abs workout. This workout is fast and to the point. We have no walking breaks between exercises; we just go from one to the next.

Monday (8): 10 min quick core
Tuesday (9): 12 min tabata cardio
Wednesday (10): slow Pilates stretch & recovery
Thursday (11): 15 min upper body build
Monday (15): 20 min dance cardio
Tuesday (16): 20 min lower body build
Wednesday (17): slow stretch & Pilates
Thursday (18): 30 min body weight arm tone up
Monday (22): 35 min leg cardio
Tuesday (23): 25 min full body strength
Wednesday (24): 45 min cardio burn
Thursday (25): slow Pilates stretch & recover
