GreyHeads perform their own composition Beat1, from their debutalbum Homes (2019) Nello Biasini - drums/electronics/bandleader, Ukko Heinonen - saxophone, Ebba Åsman - trombone, Simone Cesarini - guitar, Matthijs Geerts - keyboards/ electronics, Damien Roussos - bass Hailing from one of the most famous harbours in the World, Rotterdam, a true multicultural melting-pot, the music by the 6-piece band called Greyheads mirrors the daily life of this busy city. They approach jazz from a hip-hop point of view or hip-hop from a jazz point of view.
