African Cryptids Are Kinda Crazy

It’s always been weird to me that Egyptian Mythology gets so much of the limelight when it’s not only a tiny part of Africa’s overall mythology, it’s also some of the least interesting, in my humble, albeit controversial opinion. It’s just that with Egyptian Mythology you get ’bird guy who carries the sun’ while in Ghana’s folklore you get a tiny rat-man who carries around a living snake for a walking stick and wears a beehive on his head. I just think it’s a lot more fun.
