Does ALCOHOL help to speak DUTCH?

Experiment: what is the effect of drinking alcohol on speaking a second language? These students of Dutch do some role plays, while drinking ’jenever’ (Dutch gin). Will they speak better Dutch or worse as the alcohol consumption increases? In Dutch, strong liquor is sometimes called ’spraakwater’, in other words: water that makes people speak.
