Stellated Octahedron Fidget Spinner 🌌 Pure Origami

[Rather Simple] Here’s a slightly easier version of the original Stellated Octahedron I taught here: Unlike the original stellated origami octahedron (by Sam Ciulla) this version I came up with begins by going straight to making a Waterbomb Base instead of first making a bunch of precreases. The lock I came up with for tucking in the four flaps is different as well. For a slightly cleaner-looking more exact model, it’s probably better to make the precreases as shown in the original model, and then fold the waterbomb base and do the new lock I show in this video. As I demonstrate, this model also makes a great fidget spinner (blow spinner spinneroo).
