How to make chicken shawarma pizza:
Pizza dough:
All purpose flour ( Maida)-1&1/2 cup (190g)
warm water-1/2 cup (120 ml)
Sugar-1/2 teaspoon
Salt-1/4 teaspoon ( to taste)
Oil-1 tablespoon ( use olive oil)
Instant yeast-1 teaspoon
Note: If using active dry yeast, mix it with the water and sugar mentioned and add let it proof for 10 minutes .
Chicken marination:
Boneless chicken-150 g
salt-1/4 teaspoon ( adjust as per your taste)
Paprika-1 teaspoon ( if using chilli powder, use 1/2 teaspoon)
Garlic powder-1/4 teaspoon(forgot to mention in the video)
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon ( mentioned 1/2 teaspoon in the video. please use 1/4 teaspoon)
pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
Arabic spice mix-1 teaspoon ( recipe link below)
Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
Olive oil- 2 teaspoon
Yogurt-1-1/2 tablespoon
Oil-1 tablespoon ( for frying)
Shawarma sauce:
Egg-1 ( at room temperature)
