Pilates for Endometriosis and Fibroids - Exercises for Home
In this short routine, Jessica takes you through physical therapy and Pilates exercises to help mobility, increased circulation and stretching. The exercises are meant to improve pelvic floor discomfort, endometriosis and fibroid symptoms, adhesions and overall fertility. This routine is based on Jessica’s own experience with endometriosis, abdominal surgeries, infertility and fibroids. As always, check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
