Piecemeal reforms and “citizen agoras“ will not address the fundamental absence of democracy at EU level. Citizens rejected the EU Constitution in 2005, but had it rammed down their throats by EU elites 3 years later as the Lisbon Treaty. Stop pretending this is democratic.
