In total that’s 271 items. This guide includes all Key Items to make it easier to follow, because they are needed to advance the story and to unlock rooms that have Collectibles. The chapter-specific missable trophies are included too. Finding all collectible locations in Silent Hill 2 (2024 Remake) unlocks the following Trophies & Achievements: Archivist - Collect all memos in a single playthrough. Pieces Unarranged - Collect all the Strange Photos in a single playthrough. Echoes - Witness all glimpses of the past in a single playthrough. Full Overview & Text Guides: SILENT HILL 2 COLLECTIBLE GUIDE PLAYLIST: IMPORTANT NOTES: The trophy “Archivist“ for all Memos can only be obtained in a New Game (NOT in NEW GAME PLUS). This is because Memo “Lost & Found Note“ from Lakeview Hotel doesn’t spawn in New Game but is mandatory for the trophy. Everything is missable. When leaving an area you can’t go back. There is no free-roam or chapter select. If you missed something, reload last save. This guide is intended for “Light“ Puzzle difficulty (Easy). The shown solutions won’t work on higher difficulties. You can enable High Contrast Mode in Graphics Settings to highlight the collectibles. The video shows the map in all areas that have a map. If no map is shown it means there’s no map available for the area, in this case simply advance the story and you will automatically reach the shown area.
