Russia’s Pantsir-M Naval Defence System Makes Combat Debut In Ukraine With Storm Shadow Kill?

The naval variant of Russia’s Pantsir surface-to-air missile and anti-aircraft artillery system made its combat debut in Ukraine. The Russian Pantsir-M air-defense system intercepted a Ukrainian-fired long-range Storm Shadow missile. According to defence manufacturer High-Precision Systems, it was the first time the naval system took out one of the Western-made cruise missiles. Company’s director Oleg Ryazantsev said a Russian ship “on combat duty“ close to Ukraine “engaged“ a Storm Shadow missile with the Pantsir-M. However, no further details of the incident, including when it took place or which Russian warship was involved, were given. #russiaukrainewar #PantsirM #StormShadow 0:00 - INTRODUCTION 1:36 - WHAT IS PANTSIR-M? 3:12 - HOW IS PANTSIR-M DIFFERENT FROM ITS GROUND-BASED VERSION? 4:07 - IMPACT OF UKRAINE’S LONG-RANGE MISSILES n18oc_world n18oc_crux CRUX is your daily video news guide to the big events that are shaping our world.
