Thinkpad E495. How Lenovo scammed me

Today we are discussing the situation that has happened to me with my brand new Thinkpad E495 from Lenovo. I didn’t expected that kind of twist when I’ve ordered a laptop online. Makes me wonder if I will even use Lenovo Outlet for purchasing laptops or desktops. Lenovo products by itself are nice, but the support was misleading and low quality.
