Milwaukee,WI, 09/22/2023, i heard a strange horn like noise ina air as I was walking into the house and looked up and saw this ina sky , it also was lighting up and givin like static type of charges from the UFOs 🛸, it looked like a portal at first from the glaring ligh it made but then objects begin to move and float and dash off at an extremely fast rate so I knew it was something not from this world and I recorded it.
