The debut of this Chilean project with two members also present in Emanations, Praesagium, Austral, Misticismo, etc. If you are aware of these projects, you already might know what to expect in terms of quality. A tightly-knit black metal much in the likes of other Central American acts such as Sanctum Sathanas, or even outside that continent, Sargeist. While sometimes the percussion comes out as being sloppy, on a perpetual d-beat pattern, as the time passes this repetitiveness serves as a trance inducing mechanism as most of the songs work in this mid paced rhythm. Since the melody is not hindered by any lo-fi frequencies, the harmonies surface, and we can savour the magnificent vocals or ingenious guitar lines and even the bass adding some flavour. Despite the percussion apparent sloppiness, it can easily accelerate and bring some variety, in the occasional sprints it makes.
