Colombian Mercenaries Ask to be Rescued from Ukraine A group of Colombian mercenaries in Ukraine has appealed to Colombian President Gustavo Petro for rescue. A video recording of their appeal was circulated by Semana magazine. In the recording, the mercenaries state that they were sent to Ukraine by Polish military companies, and they are now in a dangerous situation. They ask President Petro to organize their return home.
