She combines elements of R&B, soul, jazz, hip-hop, funk and pop and turns them into music that is difficult to characterize. Vocalist Macy Gray draws her own plan, she doesn’t want to belong to any category. She has, however, sold no fewer than fifteen million records, won several awards and she has already worked with many greats, among whom: Santana, Marcus Miller, Natalie Cole and Justin Timberlake.
