Thought to be Selected Originals from late 1940s material. A short trailer film starring Tommy Trinder telling people to look after their National Insurance guide. A letter falls onto a doormat in an ordinary house. The housewife picks it up and starts to open it. Comedian Tommy Trinder pops out of door and tells her to hold on to the letter. Trinder (speaking in rhyme) tells the woman and the audience all about the booklet for the National Insurance scheme which has just arrived. He ends with his famous catch phrase ’You lucky people’.
