Curry cut Chicken 800gms
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
Chopped Garlic 1 ½ tbsp
Chopped onions 2 tbsp
Tomatoes Chopped 2 no’s
Salt to taste
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Dry Mango powder ½ tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Water as required
Salt to taste
Curd 3 tbsp
Green chili slit 2 to 3 no’s
Ginger julienne 1 tsp
Spinach 1 bunch / ½ kg
Black salt ½ tsp
Spinach puree 1 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Method
In a bowl take 800 gms chicken and add salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder mix it well
Once the chicken is marinated, rest it for 15 to 20 min
In a kadhai add oil and marinated chicken and let it cook well
Once the chicken is cooked well remove it in a plate
In a same oil add cumin seeds, chopped ginger and garlic, saute it well
Now add onions n mix it well
Now add tomatoes and mix it well
Add salt to taste, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, mix it well
Add amchur powder, black pepper and water as required and mix it well
Add curd, slit green chilies, ginger julienne, chopped spinach, and mix it well
Add Black salt , marinated chicken and mix well
Let the chicken cook properly
Now add spinach puree n mix it well on medium flame
Finally add Butter and sprinkle some garam masala n mix it well
Remove it in a serving bowl n serve hot
