ABO Difficult Class III with Damon｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC771

[case report] 這是一個透過不開刀和自鎖式矯正系統來治療骨性Class III咬合不正的案例。首先拔除U8和L7騰出空間，再透過buccal shelf screws，power chains和CIII elastics來distalize下排牙齒，並使用anterior bite plate來打開咬合，矯正前牙錯咬。最後正確選擇矯正器的torque control。 This is a non-surgical treatment of skeletal asymmetrical Class III malocclusion with extractions and TADs. First, extract U8 and L7 to create space. Second, distalize the lower dentition by BS screws, power chains and CIII elastics. Furthermore, form an anterior bite plane to disocclude and jump over the anterior crossbite. Lastly, proper selection of torque to counter side effects.
