Cheap Flicker Strike Build | 22M DPS for 35 Divines | POE

If you want to run t16 maps in less than one minute, so this video is for you. Flicker Strike is one of the favorite builds of Path of Exile players, fast jumps and instant map clearing. In this video i made a build for less than 40 divines and i hope you like it.
