Single Kettlebell Push Press

This is an exercise demo for how to do a Single Kettlebell Push Press. A push press allows you to use your legs for power to drive the kettlebells overhead. This is called a dip-drive, where you lower your hips into a quarter squat, then extend your hips while simultaneously pressing overhead. This should allow you to lift heavier bells.
