How many SQUATS can you fit in this 4 minutes squat challenge ? I managed to get 105 in... though I probably could have done better. 4 minute fitness challenges can provide a fun way to get anyone moving. A 4 minute squat challenge can easily be the equivalent of 100 squats per day (so reps easily add up). I often pair up a Squat Challenge with a Plank Challenge, a Push Up challenge, or whatever other fitness challenge I can think of. Whether you want slimmer legs, slimmer thighs, a bigger booty or just toned legs, squats are your go to exercise, as they work legs and glutes and can be performed anywhere. Get your workout done in any way that is enjoyable to you, whether it is at home, in the living room, at the gym or outside.
