Whether it’s a quick breakfast fix or a tasty after-school/office snack, this aromatic and filling dosa is a total winner. Give it a try and let the flavors do the talking! Ingredients: 4 tomatoes 1 inch ginger 1 green chilli 🌶️ 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 cup rice flour 1/4 cup sooji 2 tbsp besan 10 curry leaves 🍃 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 cup water 💧 Handful of chopped coriander leaves Blend all the ingredients then add chopped coriander leaves and water to make batter thin consistency, mix well, cover and rest 15 minutes. And pour it on greased hot tawa, Cover and cook. Drizzle some oil, cook both sides Enjoy with chutney
