Musician Aka Hazell And Day (1930-1939)

Unused / unissued material - no paperwork - dates unclear or unknown. An odd looking man stands on a set. He tells a comic tale about a visit to Australia. He is holding a ’one-string fiddle’. He introduces a tune called ’Some birds have no bills at all, but a Belisha must have a beak-on’. He sits down to play his tune. After a few notes a woman in an evening dress walks on and sings a song with him. The song is quite serious and is entitled ’Serenade’ by Schubert. N.B. This act is believed to be Hazell and Day - Rupert Hazell and Elsie Day. It appears to be a copy of PT 261. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ. EXPLORE OUR ONLINE CHANNEL, BRITISH PATHÉ TV.
