Solitary Subconjunctival Moving Parasite- Dirofilaria repens.

A 53-year-old woman presented with a 3-week history of conjunctival redness, swelling, and the sensation of having a foreign body in her left eye. She had traveled to Sri Lanka 10 months before presentation. Examination revealed a solitary, subconjunctival, moving worm.
